Amenities include Wi-Fi, a workspace, TV, washing machine, dishwasher, and ceiling fans in every room. The traditional construction and fans help keep the house comfortable in summer. A crib and high chair are also available. Outdoors, you can enjoy a spacious private garden, furnished terrace, balcony, and barbecue area. Due to local regulations and fire risk, barbecue use is not permitted in June, July, August, or September. The location offers easy access to charming spots like Santanyí and Portocolom. The property provides 6 parking spaces on the estate and has a security system. Beach towels and 4 bicycles are provided for exploring the area. Farm animals, cats, and dogs live on the property in a separate area. The host visits briefly (1–2 times a day) to care for them. Organic eggs are also available. Families with children are welcome.
